Delicious Asian fusion. The teriyaki flavorful and comes with veg. Korean chicken tacos generously portioned. Edamame hummus is great but chips were drizzled with honey, a little unexpected. Fast service after ordering at the counter. Would return.

Decent food, quick service, nice neighborhood restaurant. The bibimbap in the skillet had some rice sections that were burnt rather than just caramelized and crispy but overall everything was tasty,

A really good neighborhood restaurant, chef owner Kenji has a short, diverse menu of Asian favorites. The Teriyaki Salmon is a large piece and can be fone to order. Try a off-menu dish, the "Lori", Spicy chicken on the curry udon. There is no bar snd no table service. It's a small, loud, clean bistro atmosphere.

Incredible meal. Spicy edamame was to die for, perfect amount of spice, but not to harsh on the taste buds. For main course I got the fish taco and chicken Korean taco. The fish taco...... WOW. Greatly battered, with a great amount of toppings. Great flavor. Now my favorite. The chicken Korean taco. This one was absolutely ridiculous. The kimchi on top was so flavorful, but not like the traditional kimchi. Unbelievable experience and I will be back. Staff was incredible.

They are very helpful at customizing your order for whatever reason. I've been here twice and can say with confidence they have earned their high rating. Their food is really good! The late afternoon visit was so easy because no one was here but the employees. It's so nice that they haven't closed up like so many of the lunch shops do around Maryland Farms. I was early for lunch the other time and can confirm it gets crowded and the one checkout register gets bogged down by first timers that don't know what they want. I'd say order early for takeout and maybe stay if you need a table to sit down. There is a small outside area and very small parking lot. The dining room is clean and surprisingly large for the small frontage & parking lot. I assume most of their business is walk-in or park nearby and walk. No drive-Thru

This restaurant is so special! The woman at the counter was phenomenal! We went for a business lunch and were greeted super fast, had very friendly service and the food came out quick, hot, and fresh! I ordered the spicy fried rice with chicken. It was the perfect level of spice. Everyone enjoyed their meal. One of our attendees meal was messed up and they brought him a taco in the meantime.

overview: favorite item was the fried fish taco and i recommend the chicken over the beef for the korean taco meat selection. free parking lot and single room bathroom immediately when we found this place we knew it was going to be amazing. i love it here so much i am planning to try basically everything on the menu. food beef korean taco: 7.5/10 chicken korean taco: 9/10 fried fish taco: 10/10 soy orange salad (small): 7/10 the fried fish taco was one of the best my friend has ever had. here is a quote from her, "usually i feel like fried fish tacos can be too mayo heavy or don't have enough flavor and i'm left feeling unsatisfied. however this taco had a great balance between mayo and a salsa sauce and it was one of the, if not the best fried fish taco i've ever had." i enjoyed the beef korean taco flavors but i found the meat to be too chewy for my taste and just enjoyed the chicken more overall, so i would get the chicken taco over the beef. i prob wouldn't get the beef one again. the orange soy salad was great! lots of oranges and a good ratio of lettuce to toppings. the people next to us had a fried rice dish that looked delectable, that is what i will be trying next. we will be repurchasing the fried fish taco 100% bathroom: 7/10 i was going to give the bathroom a 6 but they had free tampons so i give it a 7, cute little painting on the way back there parking: great parking lot! free medium size parking lot it's really cute and i feel like makes sense for the vibe of the restaurant service/ ambiance: the workers were so sweet and super quick service soo cute. an ideal restaurant you can eat inside alone or get takeout or go with group which is perfect. so many great options. they have lots of indoor seating and 3 or so outdoor tables in the front

Soy Bistro has been on my radar for a while ... and I was finally able to stop in for lunch with a friend while I was in the Brentwood area. We got there right when they opened on a weekday, and there were already only a few tables left! It's clear this is a popular spot to grab a bite. Previous reviews that mention a small parking lot are correct - but if you time it right, you should be able to snag a spot. At the recommendation of one of the Soy Bistro team members, we started with an order of the edamame hummus and chips. This was a unique appetizer option, and one I probably wouldn't have ordered on my own. The hummus was bright and fresh, and the housemade chips were tasty, although the honey drizzle threw me off just a bit. For my entree, I went with the Gochujang Chicken, which also came highly recommended. This saucy, sweet, and spicy chicken was served on top of a mountain of perfectly cooked rice, and topped with a beautiful fried egg. The salad situation on the side wasn't my favorite - but everything else was delicious, and this is definitely something I'd order again. My friend went with the chicken fried rice, which was a huge portion, and she had enough leftovers to make a second meal. While the food was tasty, it's the service at Soy Bistro that is truly memorable. A few different members checked on our table several times, and you can tell that these are folks that love to get to know their regulars. I can't wait to return soon to try more of their fun Asian fusion menu.

This little restaurant can get crowded. You order at the counter and then they'll bring your food to you. I got a fish taco, Korean beef taco, and Korean chicken taco. My boyfriend got the yaki udon noodles with beef. It all tasted great! I can't wait to come back and try more things.
